Return policy: we give no warranty, expressed or implied as to purity, description, quality, productiveness or any other matter for the seeds we sell and will not in any way be responsible for the outcome of the crop. Our liability in all instances is limited to the purchase price. All complaints regarding our products should be submitted to emarketing@easeed.com within 7 days of sale.

Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of user’s personal information when they use our electronic platforms and is designed to assist our users make informed decisions.
We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information.
EASEED will use data collected solely for purposes which it was collected unless otherwise consented to or when required or permitted by law.
EASEED will not be liable for failure of users to provide information that is accurate, complete and present-day at all times.
USERS are responsible for safeguarding their password and agree that they will not disclose their password to third parties. Any breaches to user’s account should be reported immediately to ict@easeed.com
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERS
who believe that any of their works have been infringed should submit their complaint in writing to the attention of our IP agent via beverly@easeed.com. The complaint should contain a detailed description of the alleged infringement. Upon receipt of a complaint the company will take steps to remedy the infringement including removal of the content from its platforms. Users will be held accountable in damages for any false claims of infringement of intellectual property rights.
The platform remains the exclusive property of EASEED and is protected by the Intellectual property laws in Kenya and Foreign countries.
If users may have any concern or dispute about the platform, they agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
